We at IMCO Products want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy. Please review our policies and procedures and let us know if you have any questions or concerns by contacting us at order@imcoproductsinc.com Most paypal orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail orders are shipped once payment is received and funds have cleared the bank. The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and internationally are UPS Ground Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Below are the shipping options and the associated Shipping & Handling Charges

Local Shipping & Handling

United States of America

Local orders within the United States should be received within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are actual UPS shipping Fees. There is a $5.95 handling fee on all orders.  Please note: IMCO Products reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. IMCO Products is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.  

International Shipping & Handling

Canada and Mexico

Canada orders should be received within 10-14 business days. Shipping and handling charges are $15.00 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item. For all Canadian shipments, IMCO Products will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. IMCO products will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. IMCO Products will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

All Other Countries

 International orders should be received within 14-21 business days. Shipping Charges are $35.00 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item. Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. IMCO Products will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. IMCO Products will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. IMCO Products will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering. Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Ordering Options

On-line orders can be paid by Paypal. Orders sent via mail can be paid by cashier's check or money order but the funds must clear the bank before the order will be shipped.

Periodically something will go wrong with a shipment and you may wish to return an item.  We will do everything reasonable to satisfy you; please contact us via email or phone to discuss the circumstances before returning any parts. You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by IMCOPRODUCTSINC.com within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  Our customer service department will issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, which MUST accompany any return. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned items.

Restocking Fees
While we don't normally charge a restocking fee, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking charge under any of the following circumstances:

1) Special Order Parts: If an order includes parts which we do not normally sell or which have been custom-made we may at our discretion charge a restocking fee on items within 30 days of purchase.

2) Returns more than 30 days after invoice date: Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt and contact us immediately with any problems. No returns accepted after 30 days from the invoice date on special-order merchandise and electrical parts. 


3) Unauthorized returns: Please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Returns received without an R.A. or with an incorrect R.A. may be charged a restocking charge.

Shipping Fees on Returns
If an order was shipped with free shipping, and the order is then returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping. Return shipping charges from the customer to us will only be credited in circumstances of warranty or incorrect shipment.
 

Damaged Shipments
Damaged Merchandise:  Should any package appear to be damaged at the time of delivery, a claim for damage must be promptly made with the responsible freight carrier.

Refund Policy
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
